How to Write a Marketing Plan
Here's 5 Key Questions You Must Answer...
Marketing Plans don't have to be long to be good. In fact a plan consisting of keywords and short phases can fit on just one page. Below is an outline of questions that you can use in developing a concise marketing plan that you can write in a few hours and share with others in minutes:

What results will we measure?
What are the vital monthly, quarterly financial, sales, marketing, operational, manufacturing, and customer service statistics that we must track to assure success?
If I were an absent owner, what would I monitor to know my business was secure?
Are the results I want to measure graphable?

How will we build this business?
What will make this business successful over time?
How will we attract/retain customers?
How will we price products and promote them?
What are the potential sources of revenue?
What will differentiate it from its competitors?
How will we use technology in this company?
What types of strategic alliances will we form and why?
What type of culture and management style will we encourage?
What is our exit strategy?
